This work grew out of some of the ideas explored in earlier works, but ended up taking me in a new direction. Placing sections of a aldscape topography into individual boxes allowed for exploring ideas of commodification and ownership, as well as the dialectical tension that arises when something is simultaneously an entity in its own right and a part of a larger whole.
